Soak the dry peas with enough water for at least 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes boil the dry peas in pressure cooker
Heat oil in a pan & add cinnamon stick, cloves, green cardamom.Let it crackle.
After that add onion-tomato-green chilli paste.
Add ginger garlic paste, salt & all spices.Fry it for few minutes.
Add boiled dry peas & mix it well with spices.
After few minutes add 2 cup of water, cover it & let it cook.
Finally add lemon juice, sugar & garam masala.Mix it well & switch off the flame.
Heat 1tspn oil in a small bowl now.Add 1tspn each turmeric powder & red chilli powder.Fry green chilli & garlic cloves in it .Topping the dry peas curry with it.
Serve it with any Indian bread.
